Heslop House is located in the downtown/Bowl Area of Edmonds. The project is a total rebuild with the foundation staying intact yet having more added on to it. The goal is to create the charm of a beach house and fulfill the daily requirements of a modern home. Some features include a great room and central staircase with lots of open space.
Spring 2015 finds the project in the early stages of the design process. These elevation and perspective sketches portray the initial concepts behind Heslop House. The property is also currently undergoing demolition. Creating the working drawings will be the next step of the journey.
