Heslop House in the Edmonds Bowl neighborhood was completed in 2016. CPM Construction managed the general contracting. Key features included the open wood and iron staircase in the entryway. The square windows throughout let in plenty of natural light and add a fun contrast to the circular curve of the roof. The exterior colors also present a nice juxtaposition of cheerful yellow and a dramatic and modern grey palette. While the house doesn't fit exactly in a certain style genre we like to consider it "Coastal Modern" since it weaves beachy and modern themes together, yet still maintains a cozy and warm feeling. West Coast living at its' finest!
